Early Access Program

Early Access is open for operators with a proven workflow and a first buyer.

Bring a repeatable field workflow, a first buyer or pilot customer, and one pilot site. FieldScroll turns it into a branded mobile and web product with workflow modeling, founder-led implementation, and a 12-week launch target, at standard Launch pricing.

Why partner now

Why join the first cohort?

First call on capacity and roadmap

Early Access runs on the standard Launch tier — one flat annual commit, no per-seat math. What the first cohort gets that later partners will not: first call on implementation capacity, and a direct hand in what the platform builds next.

Founder-led, not ticket-driven

Direct channel with the people writing the code. Monthly operating call, quarterly review, and a direct incident path for production issues. No CSM filtering decisions.

Your brand, your customers, your data

Launch and Partner run white-labeled by default: your brand leads the app, the dashboard, reports, and email. The platform provider appears only in required legal notices. You keep the customer relationship, submission data, attached media, and exports, with transition and deletion terms documented in the agreement.

Included

What Early Access partners get.

Inside the flat-rate Launch-tier footprint — no per-seat creep or mid-program service-tier surprises.

  • Branded mobile app

iOS and Android, white-labeled to your brand, your icon, your app-store listing. Your brand leads every surface your customers touch.

  • Branded web dashboard

Review, reporting, user management — at your domain, in your colors. The dashboard is the operator-facing surface for your customers.

  • Workflow modeling

We translate your process into the FieldScroll form spec. You stay close enough to push back on it, not so close you're writing schema yourself.

  • Report & alert planning

Choose the artifacts your customers actually see — inspection PDF, compliance summary, audit log — and we wire the generation against your templates.

  • Data routing & integrations

Webhooks and REST API access, mapped during modeling and built before launch — not as post-launch bolt-ons. Custom destinations are scoped separately.

  • Pilot launch support

A 12-week launch target, rollout checklist, customer onboarding plan, and operating cadence for the first buyer or pilot site.

Partner commitments

What Early Access partners commit to in return.

Founder-led implementation is a two-way deal. Partners commit to two things up front so the first cohort produces real proof — for them and for the operators who come next.

  • Focused modeling up front, then a light cadence

Two weeks of focused workflow modeling at the start. After launch: a monthly one-hour operating call and a quarterly two-hour review.

  • A published case study and attributed testimonial

Partners contribute a case study and an attributed testimonial we can share publicly. The first cohort builds the proof other operators will rely on.

Fit check

Who Early Access is for — and who should wait.

Use this as the filter before requesting a call. Early Access is for operators with a real workflow, a real customer path, and enough focus to launch one solution line first.

Strong fit

A strong Early Access partner usually has

  • A workflow already being sold or delivered manually.
  • Existing forms, spreadsheets, PDFs, reports, or SOPs.
  • A clear customer type that would pay for a branded workflow product.
  • At least one customer or pilot group willing to validate the process.
  • A workflow that repeats across customers with limited variation.
  • A reason generic forms, spreadsheets, or off-the-shelf tools are no longer enough.

Not yet

Not a fit for Early Access

  • Fully self-serve account creation.
  • Marketplace-style app templates.
  • Highly regulated deployments requiring completed SOC 2 procurement today.
  • Deep enterprise SSO or custom infrastructure requirements on day one.
  • Unlimited per-customer workflow forks.
What about…

Honest answers to the obvious questions.

Do our customers see FieldScroll?
Your brand leads the app, the dashboard, reports, and email. The platform provider appears only in required legal notices, such as the privacy policy and terms linked from the sign-in screen. FieldScroll operates the platform behind the scenes.
What if our workflow doesn't pan out?
The Launch tier covers one production solution line per year. If pilot feedback shows the first workflow is the wrong starting point, we can re-scope within the same partnership, as long as the replacement fits the same Launch-tier footprint. The goal is not shelfware; it is one focused workflow your customers can actually use.
Who owns the customer data?
You do, including end-user submissions, attached media, and exports. FieldScroll runs as a processor under your terms. If you leave the program, you get full data exports and we delete our copies on a documented schedule.
Can we leave the program?
Yes. The contract will define termination, export, and transition terms. At minimum, partners receive a complete export of their customer data and attached media. Partner-specific integration work can be documented and handed off where appropriate, while FieldScroll retains ownership of the core platform. Data deletion follows a documented schedule that accounts for backups, logs, and legal retention requirements.
